This is the first week of IS101, and I have finished the first weeks assignments. So far so good, I really like the structure of Cengage. It is easy to follow along and navigate through the assignments. Professor Wu, by far takes great interest in his students and his craft. I am pleased to know that if I have issues he responses right away. Other professors in the past would lack greatly in this.

ReplyDeleteCengage really help me understand a lot of the material being teach. I know a lot of website just make you purchase a textbook and never show you how the activities look.

ReplyDeleteThe thing I like about this course is even though it might seem like a lot of work, professor Wu is always available to help and walk us through a problem.
ReplyDeleteI'm a visual learner so I like how the assignments of Cengage are structured. It makes it easier to follow for me and allows me to learn at a more efficient pace, rather than reading a textbook and having to read it over and over again to understand.
ReplyDeleteCengage does seem very user friendly and closely instructive. I have had a good time learning in it and along with the help of Professor Wu, it has been a great educational experience so far.
ReplyDeleteI agree that Cengage has been really easy to navigate, especially for a college level program. Other programs that I have used in the past of classes haven't been as easily accessible in terms of use as Cengage has.
ReplyDeleteI too love the structured setup of Cengage. The option to observe, practice, and apply is really helpful when new to using a tool. It's perfectly paced as well :)
ReplyDeleteAgreed! Professor Wu has made the first week smooth. I am sure he is aware of how the first week sets the mood whether to continue or drop the course. At this point, there is no going back except nailing the assignments and looking forward for a successful semester.

ReplyDeleteCengage can be nice accessing it from Canvas but I've had some issues finding the correct assignments when bypassing Canvas, going directly through Cengage.
